1.  How far from the village center are you?

Only 10 minutes walk to the shops and some restaurants

2.  What does the rental fee include?

You’ll be charged on a daily basis for the unit.  If you stay for 7 days or longer, you’ll get a discounted rate, if booked directly.  Daily housekeeping and wifi is included.

3.  What accommodation options are available to rent?

Petit Plaisir Cottage caters for 1 couple

Grande Plaisir Holiday Home caters for 6 guests

Grande Plaisir Protea Apartment caters for 1 couple

4.  Is smoking allowed?

We adhere to the SA laws on smoking indoors.  All units have a no-smoking policy.  We do have ashtrays, you’ll be able to smoke outdoors.

5.  Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not, sorry!

6.  Check-in and check-out times?

You may check-in at any time from 2pm on your arrival day. Ideally, we need to know what time you expect to arrive to ensure that your room is ready and that we can meet you at your chosen accommodation.

Generally you will need to check-out by 10am on your final day. This can be negotiated if you notify us in advance – late check-outs may however be subject to additional costs.

7.  Problems – What do we do if something unexpected occurs?

Occasionally things go wrong. If a problem occurs, you should, in the first instance, contact us.

8.  Do we clean the property before we leave?

We ask you to respect the property and be mindful of the guests who are to stay there once you have left.  You are expected to leave the property in a tidy state upon departure.

9.  Do you provide cots and high chairs?

Yes, we do, just inform us before hand.

10.  Can I change or cancel my holiday?

You should notify us as soon as possible to discuss your cancellation or change of booking.  We will try our best to accommodate you.
